These terms cover your use of Connect My Agent, published by Moogento, operated by DeskB Ltd. By connecting it to your AI assistant you agree to them.

What the service does

Connect My Agent lets your AI assistant look up participating stores and products, price a basket and, when you sign in, work with your cart, orders, delivery updates and checkout preparation at a store you have linked. It does not take payment and does not place orders. You finish any purchase on the store's own website.

Your purchases are with the store

Every sale is between you and the store. The store sets prices, stock, shipping, returns and its own terms. Prices and availability shown by the assistant are informational and the store's checkout is the authority.

Your account and permissions

Linking a store uses that store's own sign-in and asks for specific permissions. You can disconnect a store or the whole connection at any time. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe the service or use it to gather other people's data.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful.

We may limit or end access to protect the service or other users.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, may change or be withdrawn, and may be unavailable at times. Information from the assistant can be incomplete or wrong, so check important details with the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
